Aluminum alloy mouse pads are primarily made of aluminum alloy, with common thicknesses including 2mm, 3mm, and 4mm. Their surfaces are typically treated with processes such as sandblasting, anodizing, high-gloss chamfering, and laser engraving to enhance texture, smoothness, and durability. Edge finishing usually employs CNC machining or polishing to prevent cuts and improve aesthetics.

The bottom of the pad is generally fitted with anti-slip silicone or rubber pads, using wavy textures or special pressing processes to enhance stability and prevent slippage during use. Common sizes include small (approximately 240x180mm), large (approximately 300x240mm), and even larger sizes (such as 370x260mm and 390x390mm). Some products feature a double-sided design or a directional reflective coating for compatibility with laser mice.
